Green Sunday Smoothies
Sundays are for resetting, recharging, and—of course—blending up something green and powerful to fuel the week ahead. Enter my Green Sunday Smoothie, packed with lots of good stuff to help you tackle the week ahead.
This one’s got:
Creamy avocado for healthy fats and a smooth texture
Blueberries for a burst of antioxidants
Fresh spinach because, well, greens are non-negotiable
Oats for fiber
Pumpkin seeds for crunch and added nutrients
Plus a few secret ingredients (okay, it’s protein powder and a dash of turmeric!) to make this blend even better.
Throw it all in the blender, add your favorite milk (I’m an almond or oat milk type of girl) or water, and you’ve got a powerhouse smoothie that tastes as good as it looks. What’s your go-to Sunday smoothie combo? Let me know in the comments!
